His approach is both disciplined and expressive – balancing technique with simplicity to create dishes that are nuanced, purposeful, and deeply satisfying. Every plate is designed not only to be tasted, but to be experienced.

FLEXIBLE PRIVATE DINING

Oak + Violet provides a sophisticated yet relaxed setting for private gatherings and events, where every detail is curated and every moment is intentional. From intimate dinners to larger celebrations, each event is shaped by Chef Humphrey’s seasonal cuisine, an award-winning wine program, and a service philosophy rooted in warm, welcoming hospitality.

The Galway Room offers 1,500 square feet of private event space, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors that open seamlessly to the courtyard – creating a fluid indoor-outdoor experience ideal for both social and corporate gatherings. For more intimate occasions, the Private Dining Room, located within Oak + Violet, provides a semi-private setting for up to 18 guests, perfect for celebratory dinners and private Chef’s table dining experiences.
